Steampunk Plugs for Stretched Lobes

For a while now I have been playing with the idea of making my own plugs. I did a resin and gear filled sample up for my good friend over at Kizzix Photography. (check out the photos she did for me)

These ones are screw on so I filled one side with glitter and gears and the other with micro beads and more gears. I really like how they turned out. I found some mold making compound that is suitable for resin for my next set. I am pretty excited to start these. I have so many projects on the go right now that I might not get to it until after Christmas.

Who is interested in ordering plugs? I have had a couple of requests. Since my lobes are stretched I am looking forward to this project.

Kizzix Photography

In July I teamed up with a photographer in Nottingham, UK to do a photo shoot featuring some of my jewelry. Since I am in Canada, I wasn't there while the photo's were being taken. I am pretty excited about the photos that I have seen so far. I guess there was some kind of event happening because there were a lot of photographers taking pictures. I am pleased to make so many connections and meet other artists. 

Miriam Jones of Kizzix Photography is very kind and professional photographer. I enjoyed our correspondences and we actually have a lot in common. She is very organized and creative with her process. I know I will work with her again in the future.

Hopefully I can do a shoot closer to home sometime soon. I already have a few models in mind.
